Accuracy: Since each fused glass picture is a unique piece of art we cannot guarantee that the work will be exactly as illustrated, but we will endeavour to make it resemble, as closely as possible, the image on the web site. Any queries please email us.
Payment and Dispatch: We accept payment by PayPal, cheque and bank transfer (please email us for details). For payment by cheque, we wait for the cheque to clear before we dispatch the goods. Delivery normally takes about a week in the UK. International orders attract additional fees depending on location.
All the fused glass pictures are block mounted on 25mm painted board which protects the glass very well during delivery. The cost of the postage charge is included in the price of the picture.
Warranty: Works of art which you purchase may be subject to minor colour variations to the on screen photographs – electronic pictures cannot perfectly represent original work. Jane Reeves cannot be liable for this and similarly we cannot be responsible for the durability of any work.
Copyright: All copyright remains with the Jane Reeves. The sale or re-sale of any item of fused glass work does NOT include any intellectual property rights relating to it. The reproduction of purchased artwork, including photographs is not permitted. Jane Reeves reserves the right to bring legal action in any court of competent jurisdiction.
